If you've ever read a management book - or watched one manager work - then you already know this info. It's very VERY basic. Now, if you've worked a Frontline position and literally have never EVER lead others, ok then this might be for you. I was disappointed
This book flows so well. It walks you through how to be the supportive leader from step 1. The documentation toolkit prepares even new supervisors for those difficult conversations. I've already recommended it to one of my staff who is struggling with some of her employees. I will be using this and referring to it as I guide my teams. Extremely informative.
